Lady Captain’s Day 07/06/2025

The Lady Captain welcomed Dunnerholme Lady Competitors to morning coffee before a midday start to “The Lady Captain’s Cup.
The weather was changeable, and early starters had showers and a blustery wind, but considering the poor forecast the ladies were let off lightly.
Halfway House on the tenth was a tempting tent full of Fruit and drinks, cakes and ice cream.

After the competition, the ladies putting skills were tested by a “Blind Putting Competition” on the putting green, in very pleasing sunshine.

This was followed by the presentation to the Winners of the Lady Captain’s Cup and Prizes

After the presentation, Everyone enjoyed a lovely meal courtesy of Ron Jones of Kirkby.

Special Thanks to Lady Captain Pat for a really enjoyable and successful day, and to all the helpers in the clubhouse and on the course.
