Winter Project – Practice Ground Improvement is ready for use!
The honour of being the first to try out the enclosed area chipping facility, was given to our ever expanding group of Junior Members. Junior Section Organiser, Irene Brough has passed on this special message to the Club:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Thank you so much for allowing the Junior Section be the very first to use the newly refurbished practice area. We couldn’t let it go without making it a special event. A few words were said by Mr Captain, Alan Bolton as he opened it, thanking Alec and Dave for all their hard work, the greens chairman and team and our dedicated members for all their help and input. It\u2019s a wonderful job – thank you all\u2019.

Over the coming weeks there may be some small disruption to access, while greens staff complete the project, with top dressing, cutting etc., but the comments from our Junior Section are echoed by us all – a fantastic facility and truly, a top job by everyone involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
