We endeavour to make your visit as enjoyable as possible and we are continually striving to improve our course and facilities.

The Club Office is manned, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday from 10am – 1.30pm.
The phone is manned every day:
from 9am – 5.30pm.
The Bar is open:
Wednesday from 6pm – 9pm
Saturday from 12 noon – 7pm
(from 1st April until 31st October)
The Clubhouse is open:
from 6.30am – 9.30pm
(from 1st April until 31st October)
There is a coffee machine in the clubhouse which takes cash and cards £2 per cup.
We also have a small fridge which is stocked with refreshments and works on an honesty basis.
Members and Visitors also have use of the changing rooms plus the putting green in front of the clubhouse and the practice ground at the far side of the 2nd fairway.

Juniors (max age 17) – £15 (Must be accompanied by an Adult/Member)
There is no option for cash or card payment at the course – please book and pay online. All tee times must be booked. Please ensure all players have their digital confirmation of booking. Equipment Hire
Hickory Golf Club Hire
We offer the hire of original 1900’s Hickory Golf Clubs to visitors who are members of an Affiliated Golf Club and would like to experience how golf was played back in the day. We have 2 sets available for hire at £15 per set plus green fees – please contact us for more details and to use.

Visitor Rules
Visitor Rules from 2026 and beyond
There is a registration procedure for all Visitors. For Insurance purposes (and in the interest of health and safety), we must be aware of who is on the course. When completing the online booking process, full contact details must be completed.
*** NO BAG OR EQUIPMENT SHARING ALLOWED. You WILL be asked to leave the course if this rule is not adhered to ***
*** CHECK WHEN THE TOP ROCK TEE IS OPEN. DO NOT PLAY OFF AT ANY OTHER TIME. ***
- We do not insist on handicap certificates but expect all visitors to be competent golfers and preferably to be members of a recognised golf club.
- Repair pitch marks on greens and replace divots.
- Switch off your mobile phone.
- Do not leave litter, empty bottles etc, on the course. Take your litter home with you, or use the litter baskets where available.
- Please remember to give way to green staff working on the course.
- Strictly observe the rules of golf, the etiquette of golf and all course notices.
- Maintain an acceptable standard of appearance on the course and in the clubhouse.
- Avoid slow play. A four ball should be able to complete the course in or around 4 hours.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF WALKERS on the public footpaths which cross the course
