23rd May – Bob Moody Trophy

The good weather continued on Tuesday for The Dons 9 Hole Competition.
21 Senior Members competed for the Bob Moody Trophy.
Christine Hartelberry, Bob’s daughter, came down to Dunnerholme to present the prizes. Victory this year went to The Don’s Captain, Roy Harris.
Second was Ronald Wilson, third Martin O’Connor, 4th John Harris, 5th Roger Parkinson and 6th Mark Barrett. Best Score for the Over 80’s was Harry Cresswell and for the Over 70’s Roy Harris. Frank Marshall had the only Two, and Harold Bailey won the NTP prize on the 10th.
