Captain’s Junior Trophy 2022

Beautiful weather bathed the course for Mr Captain’s Junior Trophy event. The competition was well supported by the Junior members, with 17 entries for the Thursday evening event. Mr Captain had organised a BBQ afterwards with help from Mr President Geoff Pearce. It was a double celebration for Sam Stokes who celebrated his birthday with the team.
The pairs competition scoring was very high with a card play off used to separate the runners up but the clear winners with 43 points were Max Broome and Evan Coward. Second place went to Amber Butler and Dexter Stoker with 40 points, third place Finley Porter and Bradley Foxon with 40 points and fourth, also with 40 points, Joe Dawes and Cleo Wood. There were 2 Nearest the Pin prizes won by Max Broome on the 4th and Joe Dawes on the 10th.

Mr Captain Bill Brough presented the prizes and medals, with help from Mr President. A fantastic evenings golf to kick off Mr Captains Celebrations, with amazing support from everyone in Junior Team Dunnerholme.
